"Terrible service from the customer support!"
Absolutely terrible service from the customer support! They act unprofessionally and seem indifferent if they mess up your order. You’ll only find out they’re out of stock on something after your shipment arrives. The folks on the phone are rude and show no concern for your issues. If you want to avoid stress, steer clear of this company!

"Terrible customer support!"
I find it hard to understand how a business can operate with customer support as poor as Janilink's. I sent 4 emails and made 3 phone calls, all to the same rep, Mike. He claimed he had never talked to me and didn’t see my emails... pretty tough to swallow when he replied to everything except my question about what the warranty includes! If you’re checking out this review, you might wanna look elsewhere for your products or floor buffers.

"I placed an order for 2 items from this company..."
I placed an order for 2 items from this company, and after waiting for 13 days, I thought it was time to give them a ring. The guy who picked up seemed like he was in a rush and didn’t even bother to apologize for the lack of communication about my item being out of stock. I can only guess it was likely his job to inform me, given his laid-back attitude towards my situation.

I often buy from Janilink, and they consistently look after me. I remember a few years ago when I inquired about a specific item they didn’t have in stock. You won’t believe it, but they got it for me and rang me up when it was ready to collect. Big thanks, folks, for the amazing service!!

"Awesome Supplier"
For more than four years, we've been doing business with Janilink, and it's been a fantastic experience. The team there really knows their stuff and is always a joy to work with. "A Customer Lost for Good"
I ordered a Koblenz shop vac online. A week later, I checked in on my order since it hadn’t shipped yet, and I got a call saying they just processed it the day before. Then, AJ called me to say that I was UNDERCHARGED for shipping because of a mistake on their website. I pointed out that this was their error, and I was fine with the price that was shown at the time. After that, I got an email from AJ at Janilink saying, "Hi Melissa, it’s AJ again. I’m really sorry, but I can’t send the order. The website error means we’d end up losing money. I apologize for this mix-up, and I’m looking into it. I’ll be canceling the order, and again, I’m really sorry. If there’s anything we can do, just give us a shout."
Sometimes, a business needs to own up to their mistakes and just take the loss. What they didn’t realize was that this was a trial run to see if we’d buy 8 of these units and over $6,000 worth of products from them in the next month.
I’m taking my business elsewhere because I refuse to deal with a company that expects customers to cover for their blunders.

"AWFUL/FRAUDULENT BUSINESS"
THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! AVOID PLACING ORDERS HERE AS THEY LACK ANY CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I PUT IN A SIMPLE ORDER A MONTH AGO AND STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY STUFF. AFTER CALLING AND TALKING TO FOUR DIFFERENT PEOPLE, NONE OF THEM KNEW HOW TO HANDLE A BASIC PURCHASE. JUST DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU'LL END UP WAITING FOREVER OR FINDING OUT YOUR ORDER GOT CANCELLED WITHOUT A WORD!
"Terrible Experience with Janilink"
I ordered a carpet extractor and got an email confirming my order and shipping on the same day. After that, I didn’t hear a peep for over a week. I called them up, and then my husband tried too, but nobody seemed to know why it hadn’t shipped or what the hold-up was. They finally told us that one of the parts was missing. A week later, the machine finally arrived. But after just using it twice, it started leaking water everywhere. I reached out to Janilink, sent them an email with photos, and someone mentioned they’d get in touch with the manufacturer. Since then, I’ve sent two more emails and called three times, but no one has bothered to return my calls. The machine is a mess; it’s leaking water all over and making loud noises, which is just unacceptable for a brand new product.

Finding items on the site ain't the simplest task, and some products cost a tad more than what you'd find elsewhere. But, the buying process and getting my stuff was a breeze. I'd definitely suggest giving this site a shot.

"Might snag a good bargain (if they actually have it in stock)"
Janilink claims to be the biggest janitorial supply company in the nation, but good luck trying to buy any of their products listed on their site; it’s a whole different ball game: they don’t have it and likely never will.
Not long ago, I tried to grab some wet-floor signs. I picked one of the cheaper options since it seemed like a steal. Over a week later, I got a call informing me that: 1. they didn’t have that item at all 2. they weren’t planning to get that item anytime soon 3. they couldn’t update the website to show that this item was out of stock.
After my order got canceled, I went back online and ordered a different wet-floor sign. This time, it was just 3 hours later when the same person reached out to tell me that this new item was also not available.
You might end up with a sweet deal and decent service, or you could face a week of waiting only to find out it’s never coming. Good luck!

"Smooth Handling of Every Order"
I've placed orders with Janilink multiple times. I usually grab a few cleaning supplies for my place. Their prices are pretty good, but I wish they'd be a bit more competitive with shipping fees. The items consistently show up on or before the expected date, and they’re packed nicely to avoid any leaks. I’ll surely be ordering from them again down the line.

"Got my ProTeam vacuum promptly and in excellent shape"
The title pretty much sums it up. Didn't need to contact customer support, which is a plus. I've already used it a few times. Awesome product from ProTeam, just like I anticipated. Plus, from Janilink too.
"Simple and Quick"
The duster made from ostrich feathers got to me in no time. The size was just right for my needs. That said, the feather density felt a bit lacking compared to my previous one. Plus, the shipping fee was higher than the duster itself. It wasn't a huge package, so maybe it could've been sent via USPS for less. I haven't looked into it, so I'm not sure. I bet the fee was the minimum from FedEx, but honestly, that's just silly.
